Do you ship, or is it local only?
Both. Local pickup in San Antonio is free and skips all freight risk. We also ship insured, with signature on higher-value orders.
Is Windows included?
Your choice. Add a genuine, properly licensed Windows, or bring your own license and run it unactivated for $0 on the OS, and your headline price drops accordingly.
What’s your warranty?
A competitive parts + labor term with lifetime support, plus the thing the nationals can’t match: in-person service in town. Full terms on the Warranty page.
Can I change parts the tier doesn’t list?
Each tier exposes the options that make sense for it. Pick a higher tier to unlock premium parts, and the configurator shows exactly what each tier offers.
How long until it’s ready?
It depends on the build and parts on hand. You’ll get a realistic lead time before you commit, and order status updates as we build, test, and finish.
