30 days: full money-back from the invoice/ship date. Day 31 to 45: a 15% restocking fee applies. After 45 days: no returns. Start every return with an RMA. We inspect the system before a refund is issued, and missing parts or peripherals are deducted.

Shipping, rush fees, and activated software/OS are non-refundable. Cancellations are free before the build starts; once we’ve bought parts or begun assembly, a restocking/labor fee applies because a custom config can’t be restocked.
