Component substitution

If a selected part becomes unavailable mid-build, we may substitute an equal-or-better equivalent at no extra cost and will notify you before building. Brand- or aesthetic-specific picks are honored or confirmed with you first.

Payment & build start

We don’t buy parts or start a build until payment has cleared and any high-value order has passed review. Deposits on flagship/custom configs may be required and are stated at checkout.
