Towers ship double-boxed with GPU support or the card removed and boxed for heavy models, anti-static wrap, and bracing. High-value orders ship insured with signature on delivery, and you get tracking and delivery confirmation.
Inspect on arrival and report any shipping damage within 48 to 72 hours with photos. Or pick up in San Antonio and skip the freight risk altogether.
